Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
- Experience Level: 5–8 years of experience in a call center or customer service role.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Qualities and Traits: Patience and empathy towards customers.
- Working Conditions: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high call volumes.
