Meta World is looking for new employees to join our growing team. We are looking for a high-energy Digital Marketing & Sales Specialist to bridge the gap between "getting clicks" and "closing deals." You won’t just be driving traffic; you’ll be crafting the journey that turns a stranger into a loyal customer.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Design and execute multi-channel campaigns (SEO, SEM, Social, Email) to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Conversion Optimization: Manage the "hand-off" from marketing to sales, ensuring leads are nurtured through automated workflows and personalized outreach.
- Content Strategy: Create compelling digital assets—from high-converting landing pages to persuasive sales decks.
- Data Analytics: Track key metrics like CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost) and ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) to prove ROI and pivot strategies in real-time.
- Direct Sales: Engage directly with high-intent prospects via social selling and digital consultations to hit monthly revenue targets.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of sales & marketing experience
- Strong customer engagement and follow-up skills
- Willing to work in an office-based setup
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Professional, positive, and presentable personality
