- Perform haircuts, shaves, beard trims, and other grooming services
- Consult with clients to understand their desired style or look
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tools, chairs, and work area
- Recommend haircare or grooming products when applicable
- Keep up with current grooming trends and techniques
- Build rapport and ensure customer satisfaction to encourage repeat business
- At least 1 to 6 years of experience as a barber
- Proficient in classic and modern haircutting techniques
- Knowledgeable in proper sanitation and hygiene practices
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Must be willing to be assigned in Lucky Chinatown Mall, Binondo
- Can start immediately
- Hardworking, reliable, and team-oriented
