- Cutting, trimming, and styling clients' hair to their specifications
- Providing shaves, shampoos, and other grooming treatments
- Ensuring all equipment and work areas are clean, sanitised, and well-maintained
- Providing thoughtful and personalised service to each client
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the latest hair trends and techniques
- Assisting with inventory management and ordering of necessary supplies
- Adhering to all health and safety regulations
- At least 2 years of experience as a Barber or Hairdresser
- Strong technical skills in cutting, styling, and grooming techniques
- Excellent customer service orientation and the ability to work well in a team
- Commitment to maintaining a professional, hygienic, and organised work environment
- Enthusiasm for continuing education and staying up-to-date with industry trends
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
