Key Responsibilities
Voice / Customer Support Roles
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries professionally.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and account concerns.
- Resolve customer issues while maintaining excellent service standards.
- Document customer interactions and updates in company systems.
Non-Voice / Chat Support Roles
- Assist customers through chat, email, and ticketing platforms.
- Investigate and resolve customer concerns efficiently.
- Maintain service-level agreements and response time targets.
- Ensure accurate documentation and case management.
Back Office / Administrative Roles
- Perform data entry, record maintenance, and report generation.
- Process transactions and administrative requests accurately.
- Support internal teams with documentation and operational tasks.
- Maintain data integrity and confidentiality.
Qualifications
- At least High School Graduate, Senior High School Graduate, College Undergraduate, or College Graduate (depending on account requirements).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer navigation and typing skills.
- Willing to undergo training and coaching.
- Open to fresh graduates and applicants with or without BPO experience (depending on account availability).
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive Salary Packages: PHP 15,000 – PHP 40,000+ per month (depending on role, experience, account, and employer requirements)
