Senior Accounting Associate – Cash & Revenue Reconciliation (Work From Home)
Connext is looking for a Senior Accounting Associate with strong experience in cash reconciliation, financial transaction review, discrepancy investigation, and accounting support .
This role will support daily finance operations across multiple properties, with a focus on ensuring transactions, payments, and reconciliation records are accurate and complete.
What You’ll Do
• Perform daily cash and revenue reconciliations.
• Investigate discrepancies across bank records, payment platforms, and financial systems.
• Reconcile merchant and payment processor transactions.
• Review cash balances, transactions, and financial records for accuracy.
• Support invoice processing, accruals, purchase orders, and financial documentation.
• Maintain reconciliation schedules, finance trackers, and supporting records.
• Coordinate with Finance and Operations teams to resolve financial issues.
What We’re Looking For
• 4+ years of experience in accounting, finance, bookkeeping, revenue audit, or similar roles .
• Strong experience in cash reconciliation, transaction review, and discrepancy investigation .
• Proficient in Excel, including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables .
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Stable employment history.
• Experience working with international clients or companies is a plus .
• Hospitality finance, multi-entity experience, or exposure to Sage Intacct, Opera, Zendesk, PayPal, or Stripe is an advantage.
