About the Role:

As Customer Care you will serve as the first point of contact for clients, residents, suppliers, and strata managers. The role focuses on managing incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries while providing professional and timely assistance. This position supports the strata management team by handling administrative tasks, coordinating requests, and ensuring clear communication between stakeholders to maintain efficient day-to-day operations.

Job Description:

Communication Management:

• Handling inbound and outbound calls

• Managing emails

• Responding to voicemail messages (inbound/outbound)

• Answering inquiries from suppliers, residents, and the council

• Acting as the first point of contact for building complaints and requests in conjunction with Strata Manager

• Processing changes to meeting date notifications in conjunction with Strata Manager

• Handling other administrative task requests (back office or via phone)

• Managing urgent requests for flyers, notices, and document requests (also categorised under Administration Support) in conjunction with Strata Manager

Owner/Tenant/Agent Services:

• Updating agent, tenant, and owner details

• Handling Portal enquiries, Portal access etc.

• Processing lot owner update requests

• Providing strata roll information in conjunction with Strata Manager

• Managing levy disputes and waiver requests in conjunction with Strata Manager

• Processing levy refunds and reallocations in conjunction with Strata Manager

• Handling proxies and nomination forms

• Data Input/Processing Utility Sub-meter invoices

Collections and Levy Management:

• Sending reminders for overdue levies

• Conducting debt recovery follow-ups
