Project Engineer - Electrical - 3 yrs Experience in CCTV-Laspinas

Qualifications:

• Graduate of BS in Electrical Engineering or Electronics and Communications Engineering
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in project implementation
• Knowledgeable in CCTV and Access Control Systems
• Has good communication skills
• Willing to work overtime as needed
• With commission incentives and load allowance
• This is a project-based contract

• Supervise and manage daily site operations and manpower
• Ensure work is executed based on approved plans, schedule, and specifications
• Break down project scope into daily tasks and monitor progress
• Plan, request, and control materials to avoid shortages and wastage
• Conduct site inspections and ensure quality workmanship
• Enforce safety rules and conduct daily toolbox meetings
• Coordinate with subcontractors, clients, and other teams
• Prepare reports, documentation, and support progress billing (FWAR)
• Identify delays, issues, and variation orders; implement solutions
• Assist in testing, commissioning, and project close-out activitie
