- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment.
- Read and interpret production schedules and machine instructions.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations while working.
- Document production data and report discrepancies to supervision.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Experience Level: 0–2 years.
- Skills and Competencies: Basic mechanical skills and ability to follow instructions.
- Qualities and Traits: Attention to detail and strong work ethic.
- Working Conditions: Must be able to work in a factory environment, including standing for long periods.
