Position: Marketing Assistant
Number of hours: 10 hours per week
Schedule: German Time Zone
Key Responsibilities
Create, schedule, and publish engaging social media content for platforms such as LinkedIn and other relevant channels.
Develop and support the creation of marketing materials , including posts, captions, graphics, and promotional content aligned with brand guidelines .
Manage and update website content , including announcements, service updates, blog posts, and basic content revisions .
Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing digital marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
Conduct market research to identify industry trends , competitor insights , and customer preferences .
Monitor and analyze social media performance and campaign results using relevant analytics tools .
Prepare marketing reports , insights, and recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness .
Coordinate with internal teams to gather marketing requirements , content, and updates.
Support email marketing , online promotions , and other digital marketing initiatives .
Maintain organized marketing calendars , campaign documentation , and digital assets.
Perform other marketing-related administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration , or a related field is preferred.
Experience in digital marketing , social media management , or marketing support is an advantage.
Knowledge of social media platforms , especially LinkedIn , Facebook , and professional networking channels.
Basic understanding of website content management systems (CMS) and website updates .
Familiarity with digital marketing tools , content scheduling platforms , and analytics tools .
Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail .
Creative ability in developing engaging content ideas and marketing strategies .
Strong organizational skills , time management , and ability to handle multiple priorities .
Basic knowledge of graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Express is a plus.
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams .
