The Account Manager plays a critical role in helping clients achieve meaningful automation outcomes.
You'll work closely with customers to understand their goals, collaborate with delivery teams to execute projects, and ensure results are not only delivered—but sustained over time.
This is an opportunity for someone who thrives in client-facing roles and enjoys driving projects from strategy through execution

Responsibilities
● Own a portfolio of client accounts end-to-end — from onboarding through outcome delivery
● Define client goals and set measurable targets (e.g., 10x intake, 95% efficiency gain)
● Design and recommend automation workflows and UI solutions for clients
● Coordinate with developers, VOMs, and operations to ensure on-time deployment
● Run regular client syncs and produce progress updates
● Identify upsell and expansion opportunities within existing accounts
● Escalate blockers and manage client dependencies proactively
● Maintain account data in the tracking system (target dates, challenges, solutions)
Requirements
● 2–4 years of account management, client success, or operations experience
● Strong understanding of workflow automation concepts (Workato, ClickUp, Zapier, or similar)
● Excellent written and verbal communication — comfortable presenting to clients
● Analytical mindset — able to define KPIs and track against them
● Experience managing multiple accounts simultaneously
● Bonus: familiarity with ad operations, digital media, or B2B SaaS
