Description - Manage and oversee financial transactions and collections on accounts.
- Analyze account statuses to ensure timely collections and minimize bad debts.
- Prepare periodic reports on collection activities and outstanding balances.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding payment terms and due dates.
- Collaborate with the finance team to resolve discrepancies and improve processes.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent; further studies in finance is a plus.
- Experience Level: 5–8 years of experience in finance or collections.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented and highly organized with excellent communication skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with potential for remote work flexibility.
