Senior Warehouse Staff

BASIC FUNCTION

Responsible for overseeing and executing key warehouse processes, including checking, identification, tagging, scanning, receiving, classification, and raw material preparation to ensure efficient and accurate operations.

SPECIFIC DUTIES

Inventory Control Conduct regular cycle counts and inventory audits Monitor stock movements and report discrepancies promptly Maintain and ensure inventory accuracy at all times Update inventory records in the system accurately Process and file necessary updates for Ayun and Britana systems Perform monthly inventory reconciliation Daily Warehouse Operations Supervise and monitor end-to-end warehouse operations (receiving, picking, packing, and dispatch) to ensure accuracy and timeliness Ensure proper execution of warehouse processes, minimizing delays and errors Verify accuracy and proper handling of all goods Implement FIFO/FEFO and standard warehouse procedures Oversee and validate accurate measurement and scaling of lumber upon arrival Record and encode accurate data into inventory and warehouse systems Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Maintain organized documentation for audit, traceability, and payroll support Oversees the accurate measurement and verification (scaling) Supervise the actual scaling (volume measurement) of lumber upon arrival Record and encode accurate data into inventory or warehouse systems Ensure compliance with company procedures Maintain organized documentation for audit, traceability, and payroll support Stock Tagging and Documentation Ensure proper stock tagging and system updates Maintain accurate and complete documentation Pallet Classification and Training Oversee and facilitate pallet classification activities Train personnel on proper classification procedures Ensure correct numbering and batch coding aligned with DPSR Pallet Inspection and Assessment Inspect returned or damaged pallets to determine repairability Classify pallet condition and identify required materials and labor Assess component damages through manual inspection Categorize damage severity based on defined criteria To follow any work-related instructions advised by the immediate supervisor or department manager.
