Position: Mandarin Game Strategy Analyst Industry: Digital Entertainment Firm Location: BGC, Taguig Schedule: Dayshift Schedule Salary: Php 50,000 - Php 100,000 Work Set-up: Work On-site
REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
- Open to Filipino or Filipino-Chinese who are proficient in Mandarin & English.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in gaming operations, business development, or a related role within the Philippine gaming industry.
- Having experience in game or product scouting, vendor/provider relationship management, and sponsorship or event coordination.
- Having a strong knowledge of the local gaming market, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB APPLICATION:
- Identify and source trending online games, game developers, and gaming platforms from the Chinese market and other international markets.
- Perform competitor analysis by tracking newly released games, features, marketing campaigns, monetization approaches, and player engagement strategies.
- Analyze gaming industry trends, player behaviors, and emerging technologies to provide valuable market insights that support business growth.
- Create market intelligence reports and deliver recommendations to product, operations, and management teams.
- Coordinate and communicate with Mandarin-speaking game providers, partners, and vendors regarding game sourcing, updates, and business requirements.
- Assess potential game titles based on gameplay quality, revenue potential, localization needs, and market demand.
