- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities to effectively interact with customers and team members.
- Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in customer-facing roles, demonstrating the ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism.
- Positive Attitude & Problem-Solving: Ability to stay calm under pressure, address customer concerns, and provide solutions to ensure a positive experience.
