Customer Service Representative (Voice and Non-Voice Accounts)

Job Requirements - The candidate must be at least a high school graduate.
- With good communication skills, both oral and written
- Typing speed must be at least 35 WPM
- Willing to work on a shifting schedule
- Must be willing to work on-site
Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via voice and non-voice channels, providing timely and accurate responses.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of products and services to assist customers effectively.
- Document customer interactions and feedback to improve service quality.
- Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed service level targets.
