K–TAEKWONDO is looking for a dedicated and professional Taekwondo Instructor to join our team. The instructor will be responsible for teaching Taekwondo to children, teens, and adults while maintaining a positive, disciplined, and welcoming training environment. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Taekwondo classes according to the academy’s training programs and standards.
- Teach proper Taekwondo techniques, basic movements, kicks, poomsae, discipline, and fitness.
- Provide age-appropriate training for toddlers, kids, teens, and adults.
- Ensure students’ safety during all training sessions.
- Monitor students’ progress and provide appropriate feedback.
- Assist students in preparing for belt promotion examinations and competitions.
- Demonstrate proper Taekwondo techniques and lead warm-ups, drills, and conditioning exercises.
- Maintain a professional, positive, and respectful attitude toward students and parents.
- Assist with demonstrations, events, tournaments, and other academy activities when required.
- Follow K–TAEKWONDO’s policies, schedules, and teaching standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the training area and equipment.
- Coordinate with the Grandmaster, Masters, and administrative staff regarding student progress and class concerns.
- Taekwondo practitioner with solid technical knowledge and teaching experience.
- Previous experience teaching children is preferred but optional
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patient, disciplined, responsible, and approachable.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Able to work with children from different ages and skill levels.
- Willing to work weekends and flexible schedules.
- Experience in competitions or coaching is an advantage.
- Has a good attitude and strong work ethic.
- Is patient and respectful when working with children.
- Can create a fun but disciplined training environment.
- Is reliable and punctual.
- Represents the values and professional image of K–TAEKWONDO.
