Description
- Organize and maintain the document control system, ensuring all documents are accurate and up-to-date.
- Review and process incoming and outgoing documents, ensuring compliance with company standards.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely updates and distribution of necessary documents.
- Implement and maintain document management procedures and systems to improve efficiency.
- Support audits by providing document control expertise and maintaining accurate records.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Experience Level: 0–2 years
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in document management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Qualities and Traits: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
