Sales Follow-Up Associate
Are you a proactive communicator with a strong sales mindset? Seller’s Hub, Inc. is looking for a Sales Follow-Up Associate who will focus on customer follow-ups, outbound calling, and sales conversion by engaging interested and existing customers.

Key Responsibilities (Customer Follow-up & Sales Conversion)
Customer Follow-Up & Conversion
- Conduct timely follow-ups via text, chat, and outbound calls to interested and existing customers
- Re-engage customers who showed interest but did not complete their purchase
- Ensure fast response times and proactive outreach to maximize sales opportunities
- Guide customers toward completing their orders
Customer Engagement
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through chat and voice communication
- Personalize conversations based on customer needs and purchase history
- Maintain consistent follow-up schedules to encourage repeat purchases
Upsell & Cross-Sell Execution
- Recommend relevant products based on customer purchase history
- Promote bundles, upgrades, and complementary products
- Help increase customer basket size and overall sales value
Inquiry Handling
- Respond to customer inquiries clearly and professionally
- Handle objections and provide suitable product recommendations
- Deliver excellent customer experience throughout the sales process
Data Tracking & Reporting
- Record customer interactions, follow-ups, and outcomes accurately
- Update CRM and tracking tools consistently
- Provide feedback on customer behavior and common objections
Qualifications:
- At least high school, senior high school, or college graduate (undergraduates are welcome)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (Taglish-friendly)
- Comfortable doing outbound calls and customer follow-ups
- Experience in sales, customer service, telemarketing, or e-commerce is an advantage
- Sales-driven with strong persuasion and relationship-building skills
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Able to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
