- Degree in Accounting or Finance
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is an advantage but not required
- At least 5-10 years of accounting and finance related experience
- Extensive knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data.
- Proficient in using financial software and spreadsheet applications.
- Above-average management skills - planning, leading, organizing, controlling.
- Above-average communication and collaboration skills.
