To prepare ordered items and ensure the accurate updating and maintenance of warehouse inventory. Responsible for picking and collecting items from designated warehouse locations based on customer orders, pick lists, or delivery requirements. Ensures that the correct items and quantities are picked accurately and prepared for packing or dispatch.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Pick and collect items according to pick lists or order slips.
- Verify product descriptions, codes, and quantities before picking.
- Ensure items are in good condition and report damaged or missing products.
- Sort and organize picked items for packing or delivery.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse.
- Assist with inventory counting and stock checking when needed.
- Follow warehouse safety procedures and company policies.
- Perform other warehouse-related tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- At least a high school graduate or senior high school graduate.
- Preferably with experience in warehouse operations, picking, packing, or inventory handling.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting and moving items as required.
- Able to follow instructions, picking slips, and inventory procedures accurately.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and responsible in handling stocks.
- Willing to work in a warehouse environment and perform assigned tasks as needed.
- Honest, dependable, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
