Sales Assistant

The Sales Network is hiring a full-time Sales Assistant to join our team in a Remote capacity. In this role, you will be essential in managing the day-to-day operations of the business while the founder focuses on other priorities. We are looking for a highly organized and self-directed individual who can handle multiple tasks with minimal oversight.

What You'll Do

• Manage appointment setting , ensuring all meetings are scheduled efficiently.
• Monitor and respond to inbox messages and communications in a timely manner.
• Keep our CRM (GoHighLevel) and calendar accurate and up to date.
• Send onboarding and payment links to new clients, facilitating a smooth onboarding process.
• Provide support in content scheduling and social media management once core responsibilities are handled.

What You Bring

• Proven experience in a virtual assistant or similar role.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in using CRM software , specifically GoHighLevel or similar platforms.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative without daily oversight.

Nice to Have

• Experience with social media management tools.
• Familiarity with content scheduling platforms.
• Background in sales or customer service.
