Addmore Services is looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) with experience in the Australian AEC market to support our business development and lead-generation activities.
The ideal candidate has experience in Architecture, Engineering, Construction (AEC), fit-out, interior design, joinery, stone/marble, quantity surveying, or related construction services, combined with strong sales, prospecting, and business development skills.
You will be responsible for identifying Australian AEC companies, connecting with key decision makers, qualifying prospects, and creating new business opportunities for Addmore Services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential AEC clients and target companies across Australia.
- Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email, phone calls, online research, and other channels.
- Conduct outbound prospecting and cold outreach to Australian businesses.
- Identify and communicate with decision makers, including business owners, directors, project managers, commercial managers, architects, builders, contractors, and procurement teams.
- Introduce Addmore Services and communicate the value of our AEC outsourcing solutions.
- Understand prospect requirements and identify potential outsourcing opportunities.
- Qualify leads based on company requirements, projects, services, and potential fit.
- Schedule qualified meetings and sales appointments for the business development team.
- Maintain accurate lead and prospect information in the CRM.
- Conduct consistent follow-ups with prospects and nurture potential opportunities.
- Research Australian AEC companies, construction projects, and market developments.
- Meet agreed lead-generation, outreach, appointment-setting, and sales development targets.
- Work closely with the sales and management teams to ensure qualified opportunities are properly handed over.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an SDR, BDR, Business Development Representative, Lead Generation Specialist, or similar sales role.
- Previous experience selling to or prospecting within the Australian AEC market is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of the AEC industry, including construction, architecture, engineering, fit-out, joinery, stone/marble, or related services.
- Experience dealing with Australian companies or clients.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong cold-calling, email outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, and lead-generation skills.
- Ability to identify and communicate effectively with key decision makers.
- Strong research, organization, follow-up, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience using CRM systems, LinkedIn, email outreach platforms, and other sales tools.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
- Ability to work according to Australian business hours/time zones as required.
