Description - Assist clients in planning and booking travel itineraries including flights, accommodations, and activities.
- Provide expert advice on destinations, travel regulations, and options based on clients' preferences.
- Manage travel logistics and resolve any issues that may arise during the trip.
- Maintain and update customer records and travel documentation.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients for repeat business and satisfaction.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience Level: 5–8 years of experience in the travel industry.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in travel booking software.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to manage multiple travel requests simultaneously and deliver high levels of customer service.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, customer-focused, and capable of working under pressure.
