Retails Sales and Design Representative (Modular Cabinet and Furniture)

● Work closely with office management team to manage the showroom; act as the main Point Person Contact for all walk-in clients during operation hours
● Manage end to end sales process from handling inquiries, to quotation, production and delivery of contracts
● Actively seek out new sales opportunities by setting up meeting with potential clients or virtually, through cold calling to prospect new businesses/clients. This also includes other strategies such as saturation, networking, and social media outreach. Must manage and develop sales pipeline and ensure leads are always active and engaged
● Maintain accurate records of all walk-in clients and inquiries.
● Maintain and nurture partner/client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and paving the way for re-orders and referrals
● Work closely with the all relevant departments: Operations/Logistics/Warehouse/Sales Support Team to ensure smooth coordination and efficient processing of client requirements.
● Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services to ensure achievement of - monthly, quarterly and annual targets.
● Create reviews and reports with sales and Profit and Loss data for sales performance reviews
● Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations by properly coordinating with Marketing and Procurement for the product forecast. Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections of customers.
● Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with relevant teams for better management information in terms of: product preference/trends, lead times, crisis prevention and others
● Prompt collection of payments from customers to ensure delivery.
● Prepare presentations, proposals and quotations; inclusive of commissions computations
● Identify opportunities for upselling and cross selling to introduce alternative and complementary products
● Maintain a high-level of awareness and understanding of (loose) furniture and modular furniture trends, domestic and international market landscape, movers and shakers of the Philippine design/construction/home furnishing industry
