Descrição da Função La Quinta Foods somos una empresa dedicada a la elaboración de productos de Quinta Gama. Trabajamos con estándares de alta calidad en cuanto a la producción y en los controles de calidad. Realizamos recetas artesanales con materias primas de alta calidad para ofrecer un producto saludable y apetitoso. Tenemos un departamento de I+D+i en continuo proceso de investigación y mejora de nuestros productos. Buscamos un/a Cocinero/a para incorporarse en la nueva cocina central ubicada en Tenerife . OBJETIVO Ejecutar los procesos de elaboración y producción de alimentos siguiendo las recetas, procedimientos y estándares de calidad establecidos por la compañía. Garantizar una correcta manipulación de los productos, cumpliendo con las normas de higiene y seguridad alimentaria, y contribuyendo al cumplimiento de los objetivos de producción diarios. FUNCIONES PRINCIPALES
- Elaborar y preparar las recetas según las fichas técnicas y estándares de calidad establecidos.
- Realizar tareas de producción desde la preparación de materia prima hasta el envasado de los productos terminados.
- Controlar y registrar temperaturas, tiempos de cocción y otros parámetros de producción.
- Garantizar el correcto uso y mantenimiento básico de los equipos y utensilios de cocina.
- Cumplir con las normas de higiene, seguridad alimentaria y procedimientos APPCC.
- Mantener el orden y la limpieza de las áreas de trabajo.
- Colaborar con el equipo de producción para asegurar el cumplimiento de los planes de fabricación.
- Participar en la recepción, almacenamiento y control de materias primas cuando sea requerido.
- Experiencia previa como cocinero/a en cocinas centrales, colectividades, restauración organizada o entornos de producción alimentaria.
- Conocimientos en manipulación de alimentos y seguridad alimentaria.
- Capacidad para trabajar siguiendo procedimientos y objetivos de producción.
- Persona organizada, responsable y orientada al trabajo en equipo.
- Residencia actual en Tenerife.
