We are seeking a dedicated, skilled Cook/Kitchen Crew member to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in food preparation, kitchen operations, and customer service, with formal education in hospitality or a related field.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of a Hotel and Restaurant Management (HRM) course or any related culinary program
- Must possess a Diploma or Certificate in HRM, Culinary Arts, or equivalent
- With or without experience (experience in a restaurant or food service setting is an advantage)
- Knowledgeable in food safety, sanitation, and kitchen standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items according to standard recipes
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
- Ensure proper food handling and storage procedures
- Assist in inventory and stock management
- Follow health and safety regulations at all times
- Support team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
