• Oversee the use of tools, materials, and equipment.

• Serve as the liaison between the crew, project managers, and clients.

1. Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certifications in construction is a plus.

Proven experience as a Foreman or in a supervisory role, preferably in construction or a related field.

Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical drawings.

Basic knowledge of construction tools, methods, and safety protocols.
