Building Maintenance Technician

- Perform routine maintenance on building systems including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
- Conduct repairs and installations for various building needs.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from building occupants.
- Inspect and troubleshoot malfunctioning equipment to identify issues.
- Maintain records of work performed and materials used.
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: 0–2 years
- Skills and Competencies: Knowledge of installation and repair techniques, ability to work with electrical systems, and proficiency in general building maintenance.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Working Conditions: Ability to work in various environments including indoors and outdoors, and perform physical tasks as required.
