Job description:
Qualifications
- Degree in mechanical specialty and at least three 3 years of cognitive and vocational experience handling machines and machine parts are required;
- Has at least one (1) year of work experience in handling machine and machine parts;
General Standards:
MACHINE MAINTENANCE
- Handle the maintenance of all vending machines.
- Guarantees that the vehicle has sufficient levels of parts inventory and tools, and restocks as needed.
- They should be adept in the working conditions of the machines and must be able to do basic troubleshooting of the machines and should also report to the Service Manager any problems that they notice with the operations of the machines. They will also be responsible for the overall cleanliness and ensure machines are presentable.
- Keep company standards and documentation guidelines when writing and filing reports, estimating repair costs, and recommending parts; keeps daily records of machinery distributed, and prepares required service intervals and updates.
UPDATING OF SYSTEM
- Update system online
- Check machine online to fix
SERVICE REQUEST MONITORING
- Includes maintaining an organized scheduling and tracking system to effectively complete all maintenance requests in a timely manner and in the order by which they were received or by level of urgency.
Service Request Timeline:
- Minor Work - 24hrs
- Major Work- 30 days (with materials needed)
COVER SHIFT
- Performs any tasks assigned / directed to their subordinates in their absence
OTHERS
- Undertake other duties and tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
