Position: Accounting Associate (Project Based)
Company Industry: Manufacturing Company
Location: Biñan, Laguna
Salary Offer: Negotiable
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:30 am to 5:30 pm
Work Set Up: Work on Site
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy.
- At least 1 year of experience in general accounting role.
- Willing to work in a project based role.
- Amenable to attend face to face interview.
- Amenable to work as soon as possible.
Job Responsibilities:
- Process vendor invoices, ensure timely payments, prepare customer invoices, and track incoming payments.
- Record daily transactions, verify figures, and maintain complete and accurate financial records
- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports by compiling data and generating spreadsheets.
- Perform clerical tasks, organize financial documents, and assist with other administrative duties as needed.
