- Conduct cost analysis and prepare financial reports.
- Monitor project budgets and cash flow.
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to ensure quality standards.
- Prepare tender documents and contract agreements.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field
- Experience Level: 0–2 years
- Skills and Competencies: Costing, Estimation, Quality Management, AutoCAD, Written and Verbal Communication Skills
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and adhere to deadlines
- Qualities and Traits: Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
