- Ensures timely conduction of Training Needs Analysis and timely facilitation of all trainings needed
- Identifies skills and competency gaps and ensures that all employees are equipped with the skills and competencies needed for their job
- Manages the succession planning process of the company
- Performance Management
- To lead the implementation of Performance Management in driving a performance-driven culture
- Regularly reviews performance management policy whenever necessary
- Ensures timely performance appraisal for probationary and regular employees
- Compensation & Benefits
- Ensures timely processing of employees government and company benefits
- Designs and maintains salary structure to ensure internal equity and avoid salary distortion
- Ensures timely processing of payroll
- Ensures timely processing and renewal of HMO
- HR Policies, Systems and Processes
- Reviews and revises policies and procedures whenever necessary
- Formulates necessary policies and procedures
- Employee Relations, Communications and Welfare
- Formulates programs and activities that promotes work-life balance and improves employee retention
- Labor/Industrial Relations
- Manages grievances and ensures timely processing of disciplinary actions
- Formulates programs to reduce grievance and admin cases
- ISO
- Reviews Forms and Quality Procedures whenever necessary
- Ensures compliance to ISO
- Other Responsibilities
- Ensures timely delivery of the team’s KRA’s and KPI’s
- Performs other tasks assigned by the VP for Support Services and the President
- Graduate of Industrial Psychology; Business Management, Master’s degree preferred.
- With 5-10 years of experience in human resources / administrative department in a manufacturing or service oriented organizations.
- Knowledgeable in general HR functions; research methodology; organizational structure and organizational assessment.
