Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for financial technology platforms and digital banking solutions.
- Assist customers with account, payment, and transaction-related inquiries.
- Troubleshoot software, system, and user issues while ensuring timely resolution.
- Monitor and verify financial transactions for accuracy and compliance.
- Escalate complex technical or operational concerns to the appropriate teams.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, incidents, and resolutions.
- Collaborate with internal departments to improve processes and customer experience.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, data privacy, and security standards.
- Stay updated on new fintech products, system enhancements, and industry best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree is an advantage but not required.
- Experience in customer service, technical support, financial services, or fintech is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in using computers and multiple software applications.
- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated work-from-home setup.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays if required.
