• CYCLE COUNTER / INVENTORY SPECIALIST
QUALIFIACATIONS:
- No need experience as long as willing to do roving
- Atleast High School or College Level
- With mandatory requirements: SSS, PAGIBIG, PHILHEALTH, TIN, NBI
- At least fully vaccinated
- Willing to start ASAP
A cycle counter is a warehouse or inventory specialist responsible for auditing physical stock against system records. They perform routine counts, investigate discrepancies, and reconcile variances to ensure inventory accuracy. This role is vital to maintaining smooth supply chain operations without halting daily work.
Core Responsibilities
• Routine Counting: Perform scheduled, cyclical physical counts of inventory (often using ABC categorization or process control).
• Reconciliation: Compare physical counts with Warehouse Management System (WMS) logs and adjust or correct discrepancies.
• Investigation: Conduct root-cause analysis on inventory variances, missing stock, overstocking, or damaged goods.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate logs, track product locations, and prepare regular reports for warehouse or supply chain supervisors.
• Collaboration: Assist warehouse personnel, fulfillment teams, and customer service in locating materials.
• Equipment Operation: Use warehouse machinery, scanners, and RFID tags.
