Site Management Associate (Finance)

ICON seeks a Site Management Associate I to support clinical trial operations in Manila on a hybrid basis. The role involves assisting with site monitoring, protocol compliance, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration to maintain high standards in clinical research delivery.
Responsibilities
- Assist in monitoring clinical trial sites for protocol adherence and GCP guideline compliance
- Prepare documentation, perform data entry, and track site performance metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve site-related issues and facilitate communication
- Maintain accurate records of site activities and contribute to monitoring report preparation
- Participate in training initiatives to develop clinical trial management knowledge and skills
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences, healthcare administration, or clinical research
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with multitasking ability
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for team collaboration
- Basic knowledge of clinical trial processes and regulatory requirements
- Willingness to work hybrid schedule with 2-3 days per week in Makati City
- Clinical research, site management, or related administrative experience preferred
