JOB DESCRIPTION

• Recording of all financial transactions using accounting system Quickbooks and also by means of manual entries in the books of accounts.
• Preparation of BIR requirements such as VAT returns, witholding tax returns, corporate income

tax returns and other BIR forms and requirements.

• Prepares/Reviews payroll for the assigned companies
• Preparation of government agencies (SSS, PHIC & Pagibig) reports and payments.
• Preparation of financial statements (Statement of Financial Position, Statement of Income, Statement of Changes in Equity and Statement of Cash Flows) of the assigned companies.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

➤ Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking/Auditing or equivalent. ➤ At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position (accounting/auditing). Preferably one to four (1-4) years experienced employee specialized in Finance-General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.

• Proficient in Quickbooks system and MS Office application such as MS Word and Excel. Knowledgeable in Philippine Taxation.
• Required language(s): English, Filipino
• Applicant must be willing to work in Makati City
• Can start immediately (ASAP).
