- Assist in the creation of design assets: Help design team members with digital and print media, such as brochures, logos, websites, or advertisements.
- Maintain design files: Organize and store design files, ensuring they are easy to access and properly categorized.
- Prepare design drafts and concepts: Collaborate with senior designers to generate initial concepts, mockups, and prototypes.
- Conduct research: Support the team with market research, competitor analysis, and trends in design to ensure work stays fresh and relevant.
- Support the design process: Coordinate the production of design elements, assist with revisions, and implement feedback from clients or other departments.
- Communication: Liaise with other teams such as marketing, product development, and copywriting to ensure the designs align with business goals.
- Coordinate timelines and schedules: Help track project deadlines, ensuring the design team stays on schedule.
- Education: A degree or diploma in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field.
- Software skills: Proficiency in design software like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, or Sketch.
- Creativity: A strong sense of design, with the ability to adapt to different styles and concepts.
- Attention to detail: High attention to detail in both creative and organizational aspects.
- Communication skills: Ability to effectively communicate with team members and other departments.
