Senior Machine Design Engineer (Mechanical)

What You’ll Do:
- Lead mechanical design of high-precision CNC profiling machines used globally
- Own designs from concept, CAD & BOM to assembly and commissioning
- Drive DFM/DFA, design reviews, risk assessments, and continuous improvement
- Collaborate with Manufacturing, Assembly, Quality, and HGG Engineering (Netherlands)
- Mentor junior engineers and support design standardization
What We’re Looking For:
- BS Mechanical Engineering (PRC-licensed preferred)
- 5–8+ years experience in machine / industrial / CNC equipment design
- Strong CAD skills (Inventor, SolidWorks, or equivalent)
- Solid knowledge of mechanical systems, materials, tolerances, and manufacturing processes
- Proven problem-solver from design through installation
