Aboex Travel & Tours
We’re looking for a dependable, resourceful, and service-oriented team member to help keep our office technology and digital platforms running smoothly. You will provide technical assistance, maintain office equipment, and support website maintenance and our digital marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day technical support for computers, printers, software, and other office equipment.
- Troubleshoot internet, Wi-Fi, and basic network connectivity issues.
- Install, configure, and update hardware, software, and office applications.
- Assist with website maintenance, content updates, and basic troubleshooting.
- Provide technical support for digital platforms and digital marketing activities.
- Perform routine equipment checks, data backups, and security updates.
- Assist employees with company email, user accounts, and online collaboration tools.
- Keep records of IT equipment, technical concerns, and completed repairs.
- Coordinate with service providers or the IT team for issues requiring further assistance.
- Handle company accounts, files, and confidential information responsibly.
Qualifications
- Graduate of Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related course ; applicants with relevant technical or vocational training are also welcome.
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software troubleshooting, and networking.
- Familiar with Windows, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and common online tools.
- Able to identify technical problems and follow troubleshooting procedures.
- Patient, approachable, and able to explain technical instructions clearly.
- Organized, dependable, and attentive to detail.
- Willing to learn, follow instructions, and work with different departments.
- Willing to work on-site at our Vigan Branch .
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
An Advantage, but Not Required
- Previous experience in IT support, computer servicing, or a similar role.
- Familiarity with WordPress or other website content management platforms.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or website troubleshooting.
- Experience supporting social media tools and digital marketing platforms.
- Knowledge of antivirus tools, data backups, and account security.
- Relevant certifications, such as Computer Systems Servicing NC II .
