Packing Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the packing team, organizing and assigning tasks.
- Ensure all packed items meet quality standards and address any issues.
- Train new team members and provide ongoing training to improve skills.
- Analyze workflows, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements to boost efficiency.
- Prepare regular reports on packing performance and productivity.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns.
- Solve packing-related problems quickly to minimize disruptions and maintain productivity.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of any Bachelor’s Degree or any related area
- With 1 to 2 years of working experience in related fields
- Knowledge of packaging processes, organizational skills, quality control, team management, problem-solving skills,
- Knowledge of safety procedures, written and oral communication skills, sharp attention to detail.
