Description - Provide effective technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to software and hardware.
- Guide customers through step-by-step solutions to technical problems.
- Document customer interactions and technical issues for future reference.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service strategies and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
- Experience Level: No previous experience required; however, internships or coursework in technical support are a plus.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Qualities and Traits: Patience, empathy, and a customer-centric approach.
- Working Conditions: Call center environment with potential for varied shifts.
