Sales Coordinator

Qualifications and Requirements: - Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or any related field.
- Experience: At least 2–3 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in waterproofing, construction chemicals, concrete repair, coatings, or related construction industries.
- Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge waterproofing systems, construction materials, and building maintenance is an advantage.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and preferably knows how to drive a motorcycle and/or four-wheel vehicle
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to establish and maintain good relationships with contractors, developers, architects, engineers, and project owners.
- Capable of identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate waterproofing solutions.
- Results-oriented with proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Knowledge of roof deck, basement, retaining wall, wet area, water tank, and concrete waterproofing applications is an advantage.
Working Conditions:
- Frequent travel to client sites, construction locations, or project meetings.
- Willing to conduct field visits, project inspections, and client meetings..
- Occasional weekend or extended hours during project implementations.
Responsibilities
- Promote and sell waterproofing products and services to contractors, developers, and construction companies.
- Generate new leads and maintain existing customer accounts.
- Conduct product presentations and site visits.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports.
- Coordinate with technical and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
