Digital Solutions Specialist (AI Architect)

Specific experience required

· Practical experience in digital marketing, social media and content creation.

· Experience creating professional marketing graphics and digital content using tools such as Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite.

· Experience supporting or managing Meta advertising campaigns , including campaign setup, creative development, monitoring and basic performance reporting.

· Experience communicating directly with customers or leads, including phone-based lead qualification or sales/customer service calls .

· Experience managing multiple marketing activities, deadlines and stakeholders.

Specific qualifications or certifications required

Relevant qualification in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Digital Media or related discipline OR equivalent demonstrated practical experience .

Other essential criteria

· Excellent spoken and written English , with the confidence and clarity required to speak directly with Australian customers and prospective clients.

· Confident making outbound and inbound phone calls and building rapport with prospective clients.

· Strong visual judgement and ability to produce polished, brand-consistent content.

· Good understanding of social media platforms, particularly Facebook and Instagram.

· Comfortable using AI tools to assist with content creation, research and marketing workflows.

· Highly organised, responsive and able to work independently.

· Strong attention to detail and ability to follow brand, privacy and communication standards.

· Comfortable working remotely from Manila while collaborating closely with an Australian-based team.

Desirable criteria

· Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager .

· Experience with lead-generation campaigns and lead funnels.

· Experience qualifying leads or working in sales/business development.

· Video editing and short-form content creation experience.

· Experience with tools such as Canva, CapCut and Adobe Creative Suite.

· Basic website/CMS experience.

· Experience with CRM systems, email marketing or marketing automation.

· Experience using AI creative tools.

· Experience marketing healthcare, disability, community services or other service-based businesses.

· Familiarity with the Australian market or experience working with Australian organisations.

CANDIDATE & SELECTION PROCESS

Key responsibilities / role summary

The Marketing Assistant supports DMS's marketing, brand and lead-generation activities, with a strong focus on digital content, Meta advertising and prospective client engagement.

The role will create high-quality branded graphics and marketing content, support and monitor Meta campaigns, assist with social media and digital marketing activities, and contribute to the ongoing improvement of DMS's online presence.

A key component of the role will be lead qualification . The Marketing Assistant will respond to and contact prospective clients, including by phone, gather relevant information, assess initial suitability and ensure qualified opportunities are progressed promptly to the appropriate DMS team member.

The role will work remotely from Manila and collaborate closely with the Australian DMS team. Strong English communication, confidence speaking with prospective clients, creative capability and the ability to manage work independently will therefore be critical.
