An Executive Assistant (EA) to the CEO Provides high level support by managing the CEO'S schedule, communications, and strategic priorities to ensure effective leadership operations. This requires excellent organizational skills , discretion and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a past faced environment . The EA acts as a key point of contact between the CEO and Internal / External stakeholders, enabling the CEO to focus on strategic initiatives and high level decision making .

Job Requirements
- College Graduate (Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Communication or related field.
- Experience: Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role, with strong references.
- Excellent written and Communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Calendar management tools, Communication platforms.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Problem solving skills and the ability to work under pressure and multitask effectively.
- Personal Attributes: High level of Integrity , Adaptability, Proactive approach, and a strong sense of professionalism.
- Preferably residing in Antipolo City or nearby areas.
