Description - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Assist in scheduling services and resolving customer issues effectively.
- Collaborate with team members to improve overall service delivery.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
- Experience Level: Fresh graduate or student.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent problem-solving and scheduling abilities.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in the English language; experience in a call center is a plus.
- Qualities and Traits: Demonstrates a customer-first attitude with a willingness to help.
