Description - Assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications to patients.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to pharmacy customers.
- Manage inventory and ensure that medications and supplies are stocked appropriately.
- Maintain records and documentation in compliance with pharmacy regulations.
- Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries effectively.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Pharmacy or equivalent.
- Experience Level: Fresh Graduate or 0–2 years of experience in retail or pharmacy settings.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English, knowledge of pharmaceutical products, and experience in retail sales.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong attention to detail, customer-focused, and good communication skills.
- Working Conditions: Ability to work in a pharmacy environment with varying hours, including weekends.
