Design and Technical Work
- Prepare and develop architectural plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings.
- Conceptualize and refine design ideas based on project requirements and client feedback.
- Ensure all drawings comply with building codes, zoning laws, and industry standards.
- Conduct site inspections to verify design implementation and resolve design-related issues.
- Review and update technical specifications, materials, and design details as needed.
Project Coordination
- Coordinate with structural, electrical, and mechanical consultants to ensure design integration.
- Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and clients during design and construction phases.
- Assist in preparing documentation for permits and construction.
- Monitor project progress and provide design clarifications when required.
Quality Assurance
- Ensure architectural documents are accurate, complete, and delivered on schedule.
- Conduct design and technical reviews before submission to clients or authorities.
- Maintain organized project documentation and drawing archives.
Others
- Performs other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
General and Functional Skills
- Strong knowledge of building codes, standards, and construction processes.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, and other related design software.
- Excellent attention to detail and technical accuracy.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
Education and Work Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture.
- Licensed Architect
- Minimum of 10–15 years of professional experience in architectural design and construction documentation.
