The Spa Therapist provides professional and relaxing treatments, such as massages, facials, and body treatments, ensuring clients receive a rejuvenating experience.
Key Responsibilities :
- Administer spa treatments per client needs
- Maintain a clean and hygienic treatment area
- Provide exceptional customer service and address client concerns
- Advise clients on aftercare and wellness routines
- Ensure all equipment and supplies are well-maintained
Certified/licensed therapist (depending on location)
Proven experience in spa treatments and customer service
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a calm, professional manner
