IT SPECIALIST

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and tech-driven IT Specialist with a strong interest in AI, automation, and emerging technologies . This role combines IT support, software development, system integration, and automation , making it ideal for someone who wants to grow their technical skills while contributing to AI-driven projects within a dynamic BPO environment.

The successful candidate will work closely with the IT Manager and other departments to identify opportunities for automation, develop practical technology solutions, and provide reliable day-to-day IT support.

Key Responsibilities

AI & Automation

• Develop and maintain AI and automation solutions, including chatbots, data tools, internal applications, and workflow automations.
  

• Identify repetitive or manual processes that can be improved through automation and technology.
  

• Collaborate with the IT Manager and other departments to plan and implement automation initiatives.
  

• Stay updated on emerging AI tools and technologies and recommend solutions that can improve business operations.
  

Software Development & System Integration

• Assist with backend development and system integration across applications, APIs, and databases.
  

• Develop and maintain dashboards, knowledge systems, internal tools, and web applications using Java, PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript .
  

• Support API integrations and ensure reliable connectivity between systems and applications.
  

• Assist with testing, debugging, deployment, and ongoing maintenance of software and automation projects.
  

• Ensure new systems and tools are stable, properly tested, and documented before deployment.
  

IT Support & Troubleshooting

• Provide technical support for software, hardware, and system-related issues.
  

• Troubleshoot computer, application, and basic network problems.
  

• Assist with workstation setup, software installation, system configuration, and user support.
  

• Apply strong analytical and debugging skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
  

Documentation & Process Improvement

• Maintain accurate documentation for IT processes, development projects, automation workflows, system configurations, and troubleshooting procedures.
  

• Support continuous improvement of internal systems and technology processes.
  

• Work collaboratively with internal teams to understand technical requirements and deliver practical solutions.
  

Requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering , or a related field.
  

• 1–2 years of experience in IT support, software development, automation, or a related technical role.
  

• Fresh graduates with strong technical portfolios or relevant project experience are welcome to apply.
  

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of:
  

  • Java
    

  • PHP
    

  • HTML
    

  • CSS
    

  • JavaScript
    

• Familiarity with MySQL, PostgreSQL , or other relational databases.
  

• Understanding of APIs and system integration .
  

• Basic knowledge of networking, computer troubleshooting, and system administration .
  

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, debugging, and documentation skills.
  

• Strong interest in AI, automation, and emerging technologies .
  

• Willingness to continuously learn and develop skills across both IT infrastructure and software/AI development.
  

Preferred Skills

Candidates with any of the following will have an advantage:

• Experience with Git/GitHub or other version control systems.
  

• Exposure to development frameworks such as React, Laravel, Spring Boot, or Node.js .
  

• Experience working with AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud , or other cloud platforms.
  

• Knowledge of AI tools, automation platforms, or chatbot development.
  

• Exposure to machine learning, prompt engineering, or AI-assisted development .
  

• Experience with chatbot platforms such as Botpress, Dialogflow , or similar tools.
  

• Experience developing internal tools, dashboards, workflow automations, or business applications.
